You wouldn’t put a bumper sticker on a Bentley, but you would put one on a Jeep Wrangler. Jeep Wranglers are wild, have collectively transported more weed than the Grateful Dead’s tour bus, and like Pete Davidson, are probably a little too big for me. Jeep Wrangler Davidson began his recent tattoo spree close to ten days into the relationship with a cloud tattoo on his fingers. Ariana Grande followed suit with a matching cloud tattoo and the release of her new fragrance, Clouds. That’s some great cross-platform branding!

Next, Davidson got Ari’s signature icon, the latex bunny mask/ears insignia, behind his ear.

Davidson also got the H2GKMO tattoo that stands for Grande’s favorite proverb, “Honest to God, Knock Me Out.” What Bible verse is that from?

Davidson has also covered up his forearm tattoos dedicated to previous girlfriend Cazzie David. For her part, Grande got the ID number from Davidson’s late father’s firefighter badge on her ankle.

He Slythered In

We can’t imagine Davidson can Slytherin undetected anywhere with his [redacted] but he did slytherin to Grande’s heart. The couple went official with some help from Draco Malfoy and matching Slytherin robes. For two people that are both acting like they’ve just discovered The Sex, this is an announcement that screams virginal.

Can I Borrow That?

Thanks to the good people who run fan accounts, if anyone even half famous even thinks about boning, we know about it. We knew Gigi and Zayn were back together from their shared clothing; the same goes for Bieber and Selena. Grande and Davidson also have been sharing clothes like two sisters. The height disparity makes for some interesting styling choices: Pete’s hoodies are dresses on Ari’s slight frame. How they can share the same size hoodies is truly a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants- type scenario. Pete is definitely Bridget (Blake Lively) to Ari's Lena (Alexis Biedel).

Mask On, F*ck It

Probably the pair’s oddest clothing choice to date are the face masks they keep wearing. Davidson, the Scumbro that he is, rocked a BAPE mask first and Grande was just seen today wearing a black embroidered surgical mask. Grande and Davidson are so lovesick they need E.R. masks. Swoon.

Lampshading

Grande is the president of the Lampshade States of America, or the trend where you wear oversized sweatshirts or tees with thigh-high boots. In one of the earliest grainy black-and-white photos, Grande sunk into Davidson’s lap in Gucci Boots.

A Grande and A Venti

Here’s a thing we aren’t talking about enough: Grande and Davidson drink a lot of Starbucks. Starbucks iced coffee is so on-brand for Grande I’m surprised they haven’t released a collaborative Four-Octave Frappe, but for Davidson this might be a new addition to his beat. His other style contemporaries, like Jonah Hill, prefer to frequent more hipster coffee spots, like Gasoline Alley. Love is going to your girlfriend’s favorite chains, though.

When Grande first posted herself in this sweatshirt with a huge print of Davidson I was like, "Is this Vetements?" But something tells me the market for Davidson hoodies isn’t as developed as the one for Snoop Dogg hoodies. This is a very special-edition hoodie with a customer base of one.
