Rebounder Shares an Ode to the Hustle with "Factoury Girl
Brooklyn based four-piece Rebounder has just unleashed their latest single “Factoury Girl”. The track comes with a unique split screen music video that features New York icon and actress Annie Hamilton.
“Factoury Girl” is all about those non-stop hard workers and dreamers that put everything on the line for their ambitions. Lead singer Dylan of the band confides, “I was inspired by a friend of mine who is working to be an actor, who works two jobs, truly 9-5, then 5-9. Factoury Girl is a song about how amazing I think they are.” The song for the dreamers features tranquil hazy guitar riffs, a layered melodic hook and steady basslines that all blend seamlessly for an atmospheric and unique listening experience. The accompanying music video is directed by Jimmy Giannopoulos and is a split screen with one side following New York actress Annie Hamilton as she works hard waiting tables and the other Rebounder performing at the restaurant Primo.
Rebounder was founded by brothers Dylan and Noah Chenfeld in Brooklyn, New York, along with Cobey Arner and Zack Kantor. First releasing music in 2020, the bedroom pop meets indie rock foursome has gained much deserved attention with their fans streaming their music over 25 million times and the band opening for the likes of The Neighbourhood, Cautious Clay and MUNA.
